Our Nicaragua Dark Roast comes from a collective of 126 small-scale producers nestled in the lush highlands of Nueva Segovia, near the border of Honduras. These farms are part of the Cordillera de Dipilto Nature Reserve — a region known for its rich biodiversity and ideal coffee-growing conditions. Named after Beneficio La Estrella, the central wet mill founded in 2013, this coffee brings together harvests from across the region to create a bold, balanced cup.
